      Watch the documentary below about females in Esports and write a 300 word essay on the questions below. During your studies you will look at lots of issues in Esports and you will look at innovative ways on how your generation can make a difference. 

      Whilst watching the documentary, we want you to put yourself in the role of a Esports Community Manager working for your favourite Esports team. Your job is to think of ways to make your Esports team more welcoming to female gamers. Try and answer the following questions:

        • What are the barriers for females in Esports?
        • What could you do as a Esports Community Manager to make females feel more welcome in Esports?
        • What initiatives\events could you come up with to promote an inclusive environment for your Esports team?
